Why could the young seagull not reach his parents without flying?

The seagull could not succeed in its at tempt because there was nothing to walk on that would bring him to his parents. A deep, wide crack separated him from his parents and there was no way for him to reach them except by flying to them.

The young seagull was afraid to fly as it was his first flight and he thought that his wings would not support him.He thought that he would drown in the sea.When he saw his mother coming towards him with a piece of fish,he thought that his mother would give him the fish.But she stopped there.The young seagull wondered why his mother is not coming to him.As he was very hungry,he dove for the fish.Subsequently,he made his first flight and landed on the sea.It was hunger that compelled him to fly.
