Why couldn't Voldemort kill Harry Potter??​

Because voldemort had already split his soul into 7 horcruxes, the killing curse couldn't kill him either. And Voldemort accidentally created the 8th Horcrux in Harry Potter, thus fulfilling the very prophecy he set out to avoid when he tried to kill Harry since now part of Voldemort's soul lives in Harry's body
