why CPU is called the brain of computer and control unit, nerveous system of computer?

CPU full form is central processing unit . it is called the brain of computer because it controls all the functions of computer it is a very useful device in the computer it is connected with motor and if it doesn't work the computer atomically breaks down that is why CPU is called brain of computer and control unit,nervous system of computer.
