why crime is too faster then police and every one don't register his Complan in police as you can't understand sand I am explaning it crime is not faster than police crime is the cause of fear but police is fear I hope you understand

Answer:

This system is only followed in INDIA but in USA when you call 911 the police comes within 5 minutes but in India the police comes after the crime is done..
