Why crystallisation is better technique than evaporation

first of all,what is crystallization and evaporation..

evaporation is a process to separate solids from it's solution but the solid isn't pure. it may have impurities with it.

whereas in crystallization, we get pure form of solid.

take example of salt solution. first we will boil the solution, then the liquid part will evaporate and the left over solid is what we want salt. but what about the solution has many impurities in it?? how can we separate them??? then we use crystallization process.  

in crystallization, the atoms and molecules are highly structured to form crystals. basically the solidification into a pure substance.

that's why crystallization is better than evaporation because it won't have any impurities within it i.e won't harm us.
