why crystallisation is better than simple evaporation technique ​

when simple evaporation technique is used there will be small amount of Dirt .but when we use crystallization method there will be no that there will be only the pure crystals of the solution

1. It occurs on the entire surface.
2. we get solid in the pure crystallized form.
3. The soluble impurities get removed in this process.
4. It doesn't require very high temperature conditions.
