Because Cs being most electropositive and F being most electronegative, the electronegativity difference is largest. Hence, they are easily separable. Hence, CsF is the most ionic, least stable compound.

The most ionic compound in the periodic table is Caesium Fluoride ( CsF )

Bcoz Cs is the most electropositive element and F is the most electronegative element.

Hence these combine to form the most ionic compound bcoz we will see that there's maximum electronegativity difference (^^)
