Why curd set faster in summer than in winter?

Explanation:
At warm condition bacteria turn the milk into curd. So in summer the temperature is high and favourable for the bacteria growth. As a result, the bacteria multiply faster which leads to change the milk into curd. That iss why it takes more time in winter for the curd to set compare to summer time.
