why current direction represent from positive terminal but it is actually flow of electron and has negative charge​

Electron goes from the point which more number with less number of electron to equalize. Thus electron goes from negative to positive. Hence from equal to current I=neAv ; as electron have negative charge, current is always opposite to movement (velocity) of electron.
