Why cyclohexylchloride has greater dipole moment than chlorobenzene?

In chlorobenzene ' the chlorine atom is attached to sp2 chybridized the chlorine atom is attached to sulphurdyhydried carbon atom  

hence chlorobenzene is more dipole than chlorobenzene .
