why cyclones are formed in only in seas why not on earth?

This is because of high pressure and low pressure formed in seas which results in the formation of cyclones. Seas are very responsive to these atmospheric pressures while earth doesn't responds to such pressures.

because earth has solid surface but sea has water which is liquid and is easy to displace from its place.
but earth has air
