In winter cyclonic rainfall can be mostly seen in the belt of the Westerlies because cyclonic rainfall doesn’t depends on convection and relief.

Cyclonic rainfall can be seen in great amount if there will be so much cyclonic activity.

You will notice this type of rainfall in back and front end of the cyclone.

You will don’t see this type of rainfall in gentle showers.
