because the mud act as a reflecter of hotness and coldness so it keep cool the house in summer and warm in winter.

The mud houses have attached roofs to keep cool in summer and warm in winter because Mud acts as a reflector of Outside weather I.e it reflects hotness in summer and the coldness in winter....
