Yeah it is right because not only the people of France got freedom, all over the world the ideas of fraternity,equality,liberty.it motivated the people of rest of the Europe and spread all over the world in the 19 th century.The Declaration was intended to serve as a preamble to the French Constitution of 1791, which established a constitutional monarchy.
