why democracy is not the best form of government. [CLASS 10 ANS AS 5 MARK QUES].
Answers
Explanation:
Short answer:
Because people are not equal and there should be a voting points system by each person.
Long answer:
The main flaw of democracy is that people, even though they should be equal by basic human rights, are not and never will be equal by knowledge, experience, ability, capability, education.
How is it logical for votes of very different persons to have a same value, when one is a mother of three with PhD in chemistry, and another is a drunkard and gambler who survives by begging his extended family money (which he still spends on gambling)?
Create voting points:
- education: PhD 5 points, Masters 4, Bachelor 3, High school 2, Elementary 1
- length of work service: 1 point for each decade
- any kind of quality where some important merit could be easily determined
This way elections would give us leaders of much higher quality.
However, this system should strictly be based on merit, and not devolve into some political corect BS (100 points to transgender etc.) or to the other extremity (minus 10 points for Jews, etc.).
If anyone knows if this kind of system was ever tested through history - please comment.
