Because in a democratic country the government is of the people ,by the people, to the people

 A  democratic country is a better govt. because everyone is allow to do whatever they want (except illegal activities). Everyone citizen is free to choose their representatives, everyone is free to move all around in a democratic country, everyone is free to choose their favorite life system(religion). There is no discrimination on the basis of caste, color, race, sex, place of birth, etc., Our constitution has granted us many rights, eg, Freedom of Speech and Expression. Everyone is equal in the eyes of law whether he is a noble or beggar.
