why depreciation is not include in receipt and payment account ?​

DEPRECIATION is not shown in receipts and payment accounts because DEPRECIATION is neither receipts nor payments. DEPRECIATION is a non cash expenses item which is always shown in profit and loss account . It isn't shown, because depreciation isn't a transaction that consists of physical money (cash, check, credit).
