Desert coolers cool better in a hot and dry day because it contains a fan and water and when it starts working we felt a cool environment around us the air which cooler gives is cool and it contains drops of water mainly desert cooler takes hot water from the environment and cools it and again we felt it and it also helps in better evaporation
