1) Lack of effective resource mapping in the country
2)Lack of use of advanced technologies for the resource extraction and exploitation.
3) The rise of Internal conflicts especially the growing multiple centers of powers in Pakistan is deflecting crucial resources of the country and the country is unable to implement coherent resource exploitation.
