Dew is made of liquid water that has condensed from some of the water vapor in the air. Dew occurs when objects cool. ... Dew forms when the object, such as the glass, cools down to the dew point temperature. Water molecules in the air continually bombard surfaces, like blades of grass

Answer: Dew drops are formed due to condensation of water vapors. Air around us contain water vapors which we call moisture or humidity. hot air contains more moisture as compared to cold air. during the night when the hot air comes into contact with some cold surfaces, water vapors present in it condenses on the cold surface in the form of droplets.
