Albert Edwin lost his job at St Peter's Church when the Vicar came to know that he was illiterate. He was tired and looked for a cigarette to comfort him. There wasn't a single shop on that street selling tobacco. This gave him an idea of changing an opportunity into a business.

Who was Albert Edward?

Albert Edward born on November 9, 1841 in London, England and died on May 6, 1910 in London. He was a king of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland and of the British dominions and emperor of India from 1901. Albert Edward got established in a business as a tobacconist and news agent . He also set up business of sweets.

Thus, he started it in a long street where there were no tobacconist and he established 10 tobacco shops within ten years.
