Question 1.) Why did Anne think that she could confide more in her diary than in the people?
Answer 1.) Anne thought that she could confide more in her diary tahn in the people , Because she thinks that paper has more patience than 'people' because paper is lifeless. Paper is a dead thing one can do anything to eat it . It can be torn , thrown , drowned ,etc . But these things can't be done to people because they are humans . Anne looks her diary as paper. She can write anything on it but it won't react . But 'people' can't do so.

Anne had a strong feeling that paper had more patience than people to listen to her mental state. It was easier for her to pen down all her thoughts and wishes in a diary that she had in her mind. Hence, to confide her secrets, she felt her personal diary was the best companion and it was also not meant for anyone else to read.
