Behraman was actually a fierce little old man because he didn't cared about his own life just to teach the little silly girl Johnsy who is so young and doesn't want to live because of no reason. He surely is a role model not for only artists even for everyone.

I think the title 'the last leaf' is suitable enough but still I can suggest another one that is 'Miraculous Masterpiece'.
