why did Bipin Babu tell dr chanda after coming back from Ranchi that he was fine

Answer:

Because he don't want to tell Dr. chanda that my friend had played with me as I didn't help him in his time of needs. As Bepin Babu was not a good mixer he didn't have any friends also properly. So he don't know the value of friends and their sadness
