After long city life i have shifted to village life .I have gone through stories in history books and conclude that British did not exploit farmers .They built dams and irrigation canals .They gave minimum support price at door steps .They gave food during famine .They promoted commercial crops for exports abroad .They managed without import of food grains .They established thousands of godowns .Village markets helped local marketing of products .After independence we stopped all things done by British .
