brutus killed ceaser because according to him, Ceaser was an ambitious and mean king who worked only for his own self and priorities.
He thought that if Ceaser would remain as the king of their society, then maybe one day will come that they all will be like the slaves of Ceaser and nothing else. Therefore, in order to free themselves from his rule, they planned to kill Ceaser and it happened to be very brutal too.
