There were no unhappy people for Sam to treat and hence his business as psychiatrist wouldnt be profitable or help him earn a living. Sam had bought eight hundred dollars worth of old style currency which ought to help him set up a nice little hay,feed and grain business. This is the kind of job Sam had wanted to do and the Third level had given him the chance to live a peaceful, happy life just the way he wanted to.
