Why did Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj take action against the Mores of Javali, the Ghorpades of Mudhol and the sawanths of sawanthwadi?

The Name Javli means a Net in English. The whole area was a very dense net of jungle. It was widely spread area of which most area was in konkan.
After taking Purandhar in 1648 Shivaji Maharaj was silent for almost 7 to 8 years. In this period he learned to rule the kingdom, to fight as well as he Learned to organise the Administrative Tasks of Swarajya with the help of Jijabai, Dadoji Konddev and many other elder sardar.
In this period he also made good relations with deshmukhs and other leaders of the region such as Surve, Lakham Savant, Mohite, Jadhav, More, etc. But Chandra rao more not supported Shivaji Maharaj instead he took help from adilshah and also abused shivaji Maharaj by letter.
There were 2 main reasons take control over javali. First, This area was a heaven for Guerilla walefare. In Dense forest like that 1 man inside jungle was equal to 15 men outside. Adilshah and mughals were never able to attack this place. And second was this area was adjacent to Arbi Ocean. Shivaji Maharaj knowed that if he dream to rule the world he must have a very very strong Navy and strong fleet. So taking control of this area lead this Navy dream to a forward step.
That's why shivaji Maharaj attacked javali.
In this Javali event Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj found two great Gems for Hindavi Swarajya. One was The great fort of Raigad which came under control of shivaji Maharaj and other was the great Fighter Murarbaji Deshpande who pledged his loyalty to shivaji Maharaj. He previously was bodyguard for chandra rao more.
