THER WAS AN APARTHEID GOVERNMENT IN SOUTH AFRICA DURING THE 17th AND THE 18th CENTURY. THE 'BLACKS' WERE SEGREGATED FROM THE 'WHITES'. THE NATIVE AFRICANS WERE TORTURED BY THE WHITES. THEY WERE TO LIVE IN SEPERATE COLONIES AND WERE MARKED UNTOUCHABLES. TO GET RID OF THIS PROBLEM NELSON MANDELA AFTER BECOMING FREE ON THE 28 YEARS IMPRISONMENT PAVED A WAY FOR FREEDOM AND THUS MAKING A CONSTITUTION. IT ENDED ALL THE BRUTUAL DAYS OF THE AFRICAN 'BLACKS'
