Why did Dr. B.R. Ambedkar argue for Strong Centre in the Constituent Assembly? Explain.

According to Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, Centre is Parliament that is the Legislature, plus the Executive plus the Judiciary. So, he wanted that these are strong enough so that country should be sustained in any adverse situations and all the people of the country should be treated equally and they all are able to get benefits of the schemes launched by the government. He also argued because these are base for country development and without them, nothing can be done properly. He also saw all minorities and gave some extra opportunities to grow up so that all level would be developed at the same scale. As they all are necessary for development of country and also in making strong democracy so he argued for strong centre in the constituent Assembly.
