Why did father think Swami was an idiot?​

Beacuse he was scared that he has told lie to his father that his teacher beates him....

And his father wrote a letter to his principal regarding swami's teacher.... But swami was scared to give that letter to his principal because he know's that he spoke lie to his father. And after he comes back from school swami's father saw that letter in his hand and his father took that letter and thrown in the dustbin.

So Swami's Father think that Swami was an idiot.
