Franks went into hiding due to the following reasons:
During the time 1933 - 1945 Germany was ruled by dictator called Adolf Hitler. He insisted on the Semitic type of regime. He disliked the Jews and liked the the race of Aryans to be developed. He also killed many of the country"s Jews through the use of concentration camps.
Since the order to arrive at Bergen-Belsen Concentration camp came to the Franks,they went into hiding.
