The following reasons made Gandhiji agreed for relaunching Civil Disobedience Movement:
1. After the failure of the 2nd round table conference he discovered that the govt. had begun a new cycle of repression.
2. Series of measures had been imposed to prevent meetings and boycotts.

The Civil Disobedience Movement was relaunched in 1932 by Gandhi ji after the negotiations in second round table conference broke down. On returning to India from second round table conference Gandhi ji found that a new cycle of repression was being followed by British, the Congress was declared illegal, Abdul Ghaffar Khan and Jawaharlal Nehru were sent to jail and various provisions were imposed to prevent meetings, demonstrations and boycotts. After seeing such a brutal repression by British, Gandhi ji relaunched the Civil Disobedience Movement.
