Gandhi  Always Wanted The Non-Cooperation movement To Remain Non Violent in nature .The Non Co-operation Movement Was  Also Withdrawn Because Of The Chauri chaura incident . This Led Gandhi To Believe That People Were Not Yet Ready And Not Yet Fully Understood The Method Of Non -Violence Hence He Suspended The Non -Cooperation Movement.
