Then the Gaston thought of earning some profit and making some deals by selling the villa to Mrs. Al Smith at three hunderd thousand francs and buying it from Juliete at just two hundred thousand francs.Thus Gaston got a cool profit of one hunderd thousand francs by selling a villa which never belonged to him. Hence he felt interested in buying the villa later.
