Answer:

Toto caused much of a nuisance in the house. Ever since he was bought from the Tonga driver, he never failed to create mischief. His mischiefs took it's roots in the author's house when it ripped the wallpaper and the author's school blazer. When transferred to the servants quarters, he did not let other animals sleep. So Grandfather decided to take him to Saharanpur, as he was anyway going there to collect his pensions. However there, he made poor Grandfather to pay extra fare for the monkey to the ticket collector, who classified it as a dog. He even bit Nana the donkey's ear.

Toto loved warm winter baths. He once happened to almost boil himself alive when he decided to bathe himself in the water of a large kettle. The grandmother saved him by hauling him out.

Toto never failed to tear a hole in one of the author's aunt's dresses. He throws kitchenware and even shatters them.

The family could not bear the loss of household items, that Grandfather finally sold back Toto back to the Tonga driver.
