why did hari decide to go back to anil

He returns to Anil because he wants to live a life of respect. Hari Sign returns back to Anil because he shows his positive attitude after committing so many crimes. He actually realises his mistakes and understands Anil's love towards him.

⇒ Hari Singh realised the important of education. He realised that after getting education from anil he can even earn more money. After being literate person he can get many opportunities. He understand that he can earn more money than a few hundred rupees that he had that time in his hand. This made him to go back to anil house and carry on in his work.
