Why did Hari Singh return to Anil, although he had stolen money and escaped

easily ?​

hari singh returns back because he got late for train and missed her train..during heavyrainfall her notes were wet... he didn't learn full sentence from the anil.so decided to go back...

The facts that Anil would teach him to read and write and that would make him a great man one day and he would earn much more that what he got by stealing.

Also the feeling of trust that Anil had on Anil made he come back as Hari felt a sense of guilt after stealing the money.
