the empire of harsha was ancient Indian emperor who ruled north India from 606to 647 CE . he was a member of pushyabhuti dynasty.harsha was defeated by the south Indian emperor pulakeshin ll of the chalukya dynasty when harsha tired to expand his empire into the southern peninsula of India
