why did helen did not like arithmetic

Arithmetic seemed to be the only subject Helen did not like..
As she was not good in it as well as according to her arithmetic was not as intreating as a beautiful poem or a lovely story.

Hello friend!!!!!!

Miss Sullivan tried to teach Helen arithmetic in a special way .She strung beads in groups so that Helen could learnt count . Addition and subtraction were taught through arrangement of kindergarten straws but Helen didn't learn anything because she was not interested .When ever miss Anne would teach arithmetic Helen would run away.
