why did helen regret the loss of mr.anagno's friendship? what was is stands on Helen's innocence

Helen regretted the loss of Mr. Anaganos friendship because When Helen wrote her first story the frost king She was very praised by Mr. Anaganos who Also published her story in the Magazines of Perkins Institute but when Mr. Anaganos came to know that Helen had copied the idea of the story from the frost
fairies of Margaret T Canby He became very angry from Helen and this broke thier Friendship.

The stands for Helen's innocence was that Helen had heard the same story from Miss Sullivann and when he began to write the story she was not aware of the same idea which came into her mind automatically.

Thus Helen was a bit confused when asked where she got the idea from

Helen’s hands compensated for the loss of her sense of hearing and sight. She developed a language of signs of her own with the help of her mother. She learnt to distinguish things by touch and she could fold and put away clean clothes. Her

constant companions were Martha

When she learnt to use the key, Helen locked her mother in the pantry for three hours and later locked her teacher, Miss. Sullivan, in her room, hiding the key under the wardrobe. Thus the time to channelize Helen’s energy and enthusiasm had come. The family moved to a larger house and her father helped her to acquire language by spelling words into her hands and making her
