Kezia was punished by her father because she tore important papers of her father to stuff in the pin cushion because she wanted to present a gift  to her father on his birthday. The papers had her father’s speech written on it so, she was punished for tearing it.

Kezia's father used to scold her even on small things . He usually compared his father with a giant and thought that she was not as loving to her as her neighbour's father was . Although , Kezia's father was caring and sensitive for her , but he didn't get enough time to express his views towards her and after a stressful day , he needed rest , so he sometimes scolded Kezia which she thought as his behaviour .
