Hitler considered Jews to be a 'problem'. He believed in Genocide i.e. mass killing of people.
He thought of them as an 'un-necessary burden' on the world and killed them by deliberate extermination in gas chambers and shooting or through starvation and over-work.This is an example of a racist outlook.
