why did Hitler seem so sure of himself to influence his audiances? which leaders today do you consider charismatic?

Hitler was so sure because he loved his country a lot and how much he loved from then due to love he started influence due to his country so killed who were useless and old and the caste which he hated so he did it for his country so he is sure . I don't think so no body is there in this generation who is this much charismatic
