He knew what people wanted to hear at that time and exactly the way they want to hear. He also knew which people and what ideas have to be combined to make the most effective plans. At that time, his ideas and plans were the most effective. today no one can match the charisma of Hitler's, but at some extent Donald Trump is trying to raise that hate and ideology against the Muslims
