Why did huge animals like dinosaur become extinct?

hey!!old animals extincted because an asteroid was crashed and that was too big so all the living and non living things get destroyed there was water all over the earth and then we born human beings inside water.

There are many reasons that scientists have discovered for the downfall or extinction of dinosaurs.Firstly they say that it happened because of a meteorite which destroyed the atmosphere.Secondly they grew many in number and this caused a epidemic in their species leading to extinction.There are many other reasons but these two are most verified.Hope you like it.
