India adopted a multi party system because under the system There are several number of political parties in a country party with majority of representatives form the government and other parties functions as opposition parties. India is a vast country with many social and geographical diversities. people speak different languages and related to different religion and different customs and different traditions some other are under developed and backward as a result all the diversities cannot be observe and looked after only by one or two parties since multi party system allow various interest and opinions to enjoy political representation so India has multi party system multi party system it is a system when more than two parties elect elections from them one get majority of votes and gain power to run Administration and other play the role of opposition party India has adopted a multi party system.
