To govern a country properly our constitution adopted federal form of government .In federal form of Government power are divided between the central and states .In state government like chief minister and governor take the responsibility of the state .They try all their goods to solve the problems of people. They are responsible for the state problems like agricultural produces ,drinking water facilities ,etc. The central government like President and cm is responsible for all states problems like all features are financial, Army Defence,etc.
