Yes it up corse an silly saying but what can we do for this...

we can't change the climate...

But I can tell you the reason behind it why it rains heavy in the month of October...

Reason:

Because due to Corona virus pendamic...

pollution decrease and as the pollution decrease the life means the CO2 also decrease due to which formation of ozon layer and other useful appliances of natural such as duration of rainfall increased...
