War is not a happy place to be.Even after the war ends, the aftermaths of war come with a baggage of sorrow, orphaned kids, deaths, disease etc. which are just to name a few. After the first world war ended there were many changes in the whole world like many treaties were signed among the suviving nations,Many old countries were abolishes and new were formed.

Germany-Germany was blackmailed to sign the treaty of versilies. After the war germany had no food, the people started dying de to hnger. The allies offered food but asked germany to sent ships but it was too late.Due to eight months of starvation around 100,000 people died.

Italy-Italy felt cheated as they expected that the the flume and dalmatia were italian lands and would be given to italy but they big four nations fond italy too ambitous and italy's demands were refused.
Both germany and Italy had suffered a lot in the war and the democratc government had shattered them completely.
Thus we can say that Italy and Germany had lost faith the democratic government after world war 1.

Germany lost the war because:

It's resources began to run low.

The german people no longer supported the war.

Germany's allies were all (as good as) defeated, or had surrendered.
